You are hearing your parent's fight in the midnight. They are arguing, and yelling horrible stuff. You have never heard them fighting in your whole life. So you don't know what is happening.
You are just there, crying underneath your bed sheets.
There is a big and awful storm outside that threatens to make trees fall down and make a disaster. But no matter how horrible and loud it is the storm outside, you can hear something, someone crying, and someone calling out your name.
This immeadiatly makes you get up and open your window. Right after all, the rain drops start entering through it and making a mess in the carpet. You look back and you start listening to your mother shouting things and your father insulting her, and then you look outside, someone doesn't stops screaming your name and begging for help.
You decide to jump out after you've gotten a jacket and some shoes. Your hair gets wet, you are freezing, but as you walk a step front, you can hear the person closer.
And you scream back 'Where are you?' and then another voice, different than the other one starts replying.
You can recognize something familiar about that voice, but you don't remember it.
The voices lead you to a forest, sorrounded by big trees. You suddenly notice you are standing in front of a fallen tree, burning in flames.
In the floor you see a sweater, you recognize it immediatly. It's your mother's blue sweater. Full of mud and blood stains.
You close your eyes, with horror. And scream with fear.
Suddenly you jump and you wake up in your bed, there's no storm, there are no screams, and you don't hear your parent's arguing; everything was a nightmare.
Or that's what you think.
You close your eyes again and sleep...
In the morning you stand up, and the first thing you do is to go to your window and look outside. The dirt looks wet, turned into mud. And in the forest ahead, there are a couple of fallen trees.
You run downstairs, but your mother isn't there, you go to their room, but it's lonely.
Your parent's aren't in your house. You decide to run outside, remembering the path of your dream that lead you to the fallen tree.
The same tree is now sorrounded by ambulances and police cars.
A group of paramedics are charging something that looks like a dead body.
You know understand that you were dreaming, but you were dreaming something that became real.
